    Worst experience of my life. This will be the last time I’ll ever order from them. I took me over 20 mins to place a simple order. The call centre needs to be eliminated. What a waste of time.

    So I was on skype with my friend who lives in Castlegar. She place an order at 8:17pm. It was suppose to arrive at 9:02pm. I decided to call them and the guy on the phone apologized right away. He put me through customer care line where I had wait for 5 min on the line. The customer care line passed me back to him saying they will credit the $21 she spent. It will be on the way in about 15-20 min. After that she finally got it nearly around 9:45pm. The delivery driver said sorry I had to drop off my friend first and I also got lost. If your going to take an hour, at least call her to let her know the pizza is going to be late. When the delivery driver got to the door they made her pay. Why don't you NOT make her pay that time instead of crediting the $21 back to that phone number. Unimpressed. This is the only pizza place near her. This is sad. I hope next time she receives this service is a little bit better.
