  I do the maintenance service of my car here all the time since i bought it brand new (a year ago) two months ago I brought my car to other service shop because I needed to go in Kelowna and my car is due for an oil change and this dealership was fully booked, then the technician found that the drain plug on the oil pan of my engine was loose and the oil was leaking. He said maybe a 1/4 of the oil was gone and the drain plug/bolt could be drop at any moment as it was too loose (good thing a make a judgement to do an oil change before the long drive.)

  They have good cars but the service? I dont know if I can still trust these guys who doesn't care to their customers.

  Today I had an oil change and I just ask the service section to grab the windshield washer fluid from my trunk and fill it. They told me I have to pay additional money just to pour the fluid which I bought already. It's so ridiculous. If I could do this in some other place I could get a better service for a cheaper price

  If the oil was gone it could seized my engine. So the technician told me to go in Hyundai to complain about this incident. So I did. And what they said was "sorry, i hope you won't give up on us, I'll report this incident to our manager and he will call you for this matter". Two months just passed I never heard a word from them. I went there to change my tires last May 2, 2017 but a still no word from them!

  Horrible service. Worst experience I have ever had....anywhere. Service department had my parts for 8 weeks(!!!!) and still couldn't schedule time to get my vehicle in the shop. Finally I called the President and General Manager to ask him to look into it. Vehicle went in the shop that day. One star is too generous. Save yourself some time and stress and take your vehicle ANY where else.

  Take my car in for service since it is new. the staff is very accommodating, service has been great.
