  The food is good here, no doubt. I travel to Castlegar for work and it's really refreshing to have a healthy option for lunch. I've tried a couple of their wraps now, and all of them are put together with quality ingredients and have some nice sauces to accompany. Food isn't exactly quick to come by (typically 10-15mins for wrap), but I'm willing to wait for quality.

  One of my favourite places to be! Everyone is so friendly and the hours are amazing. It's perfect after a long day at college to do homework and eat good, nutritious food.

  A much needed healthy place to eat in Castlegar. Prices are reasonable. Food is good.

  My only gripe with them is their posted hours. They advertise closing at 7pm, but when I went to visit at 6:30 they looked like they had been closed for awhile, and they lady gave me a look like I was stupid for trying to open the door.

  Good service and the food was great. It's a little spartan or utilitarian in decoration, but I wasn't there for that anyway. They were very helpful in accommodating my food allergy/intolerance issues.
